塩分の過剰摂取は胃ガンのリスクが高まることは、広く知られています。
塩分の過剰摂取によって胃壁が荒れやすくなることにあります。
胃があれるとそのたびに、体は修復を繰り返しますが、どの組織でも
修復を頻繁にくりかえすほど、ガン化の危険性は高まります。
細胞が増殖するときに、いわばちょっとしたミスプリントが、微小ガン
化の」始まりになります。
細胞は、代謝によって常に再生されています。この果てしない繰り返し
の中で、異常な細胞が混じってしまうことがあるのです。
それがガン細胞です。特に特別のことではなく、１日に数万個のガン細胞
が出来るのです。
そして、正常な細胞であれば、数十回の分裂をして、その後は死滅してゆ
きますが、ガン細胞の場合は、爆発的にしかも限界なく増殖していき、
長い期間のあいだに悪性のガン腫瘍へと成長してしまうのです。

それにより細胞や組織は柔軟性と活性を取り戻し、若々しい組織に再生さ
れるのです。そのサイクルが日々休むことなくスムーズに行なわれる事が
「健康」なのです。全身の細胞が全て入れ替わるのはおよそ３カ月ほど、
予定の日数で入れ替われなかったら古い細胞となり、動きも働きも悪く
なって身体のバランスを崩したり、病気になる原因となるのです。

心臓の細胞も22日周期で入れ替わるという 健康な人間とは、寝ているときも
起きているときも、猛烈な勢いで細胞や組織の新陳代謝を続けていくことが

も3カ月で全て入れ替わるのです。
組織によってサイクルの日数に違いがあり、一説によると肌は28日、心臓は
22日、胃腸は5日、筋肉と肝臓は60日、骨は90日のサイクルで新陳代謝するこ
とが明らかになっています。

その過程で、細胞が増殖するときに、いわばちょっとしたミスプリントが、

荒れた胃の粘膜には、胃潰瘍や胃ガンの一因とされる、ピロリ菌が
住み着きやすくなります。
このピロリ菌が慢性的に胃を荒らすので、悪循環に陥り、ガン化の
リスクが高まるのです。
また、塩分の過剰摂取は、細胞内のミネラルバランスを乱すことにより
すべてのガンの危険性を高めることがわかっています。
私たちの細胞は、細胞外のナトリウムと細胞内のカリウムのバランス
がとても、重要なのです。塩分の過剰摂取は、このバランスを乱し
細胞の代謝異常を招く結果、ガン細胞の増殖を促すことになる。
野菜に含まれているカリウムは余分な塩分を排出する働きがありま
す。大量に野菜を摂取することにより、余分な塩分を排出し、ガン
細胞の増殖を抑制するように、働きかけるのです。
塩分のとりすぎは、すべてのガンのリスクを増やすといいます。
食事の工夫で減塩生活をしていきましょう！

自然塩には、各種のビタミン・ミネラルが含まれているので、精製塩よ
