でも、日本食の本家本元の日本の食事が・・
欧米化してきて、毎年ガンがふえつづけてくるのが、皮肉ですね～～

アメリカでは、既に・・・１９９０年以降 ガンの罹患率・死亡率が毎年
減少しています。ところが日本では、「毎年増加」しているのです。
■ガンがふえ続ける日本、へり続ける米国
日本のガンの死亡率は
２００６年３２万９１９８人
２００７年３３万６４６８人
２００８年３４万２８４９人
年間６０万人３大成人病で亡くなり・・
ガンの死亡率は、年々高くなり、近い将来２人に１人はガンで亡
くなるのではないかとさえいわれています。
中高年の９０％の方が、何らかの疾患を持ち・・「自然死」
を迎えることができるのはわずか「２．３％」の方だけです。
１００人中９８人は、「病気で」亡くなるわけです。
しかし・・・
米国のガンの死亡者は減り続けているのです。
「はじまりは、マクガバンレポートだった。」
その「きっかけは、１９７７年」の「マクガバンレポート」にありました。
マクガバンレポートとは？「上院栄養問題特別委員会報告」のことです。
大統領命令で、食事と病気の関係を調べて、上院に報告するということ
でした。
マクガバンレポートでは
１、肉食中心の食生活がガン、心臓病、糖尿病などを生んでいる
２、野菜の摂取量減少によるビタミン・ミネラルの不足も問題
３、こうした栄養と病気の問題は医学界は無視してきた
と、この３点を大きく取り上げました。
「米国でふえているガンや心臓病は、食事に大きく起因する「食原病」
と結論づけています。
このレポートで、病気と食事の関係が明らかになりました。そして、政治
家たちは、「現在西洋医学をやっている医師たちは、栄養と病気の関係を
誰一人、何一つわかっていない」と酷評したのです。
その指摘に奮起したアメリカの医師たちは、徹底的に栄養学の勉強を始め
たのです。
この結果を受けて、栄養学の必要性が認識されて、２０００年までに
２２の大学で医科栄養学を年間３０時間講義するようになっています。
ヨーロッパでも同様の動きになっています。
≪米国癌学会≫ＡＡＣＲ：American Association for Cancer Research
www.aacr.orgによりますと・・
米国立癌研究所のNeal Freedman博士らは、５０歳以上の約５０万人を対象
とした研究で、毎日１０００カロリーあたり６品の野菜・果物を食べる人は、
１．５品しか食べない人よりも、咽頭癌、副鼻腔癌などの頭頸部の癌の発症
リスクが２９％低下すると報告した。
また、野菜・果物を１０００カロリーあたりにつき1品多くすると、頭頸の
癌の発症リスクが６％減少したとしている。
1日の摂取カロリーが２０００カロリーの場合では、１日に１２品の野菜・
果物を食べれば、頭頸部の癌発症リスクが約３割減少することになる。
1品の量の目安は、野菜・果物１００％のジュース１８０ｍｌ、カット
した果物半カップ、葉野菜１カップ、である。
アメリカでは、国をあげて「５・a・day」
という運動を進めています。「野菜と果物」を１日に５カップ以上食べ
ましょう～肉食を減らそう～という運動です。膨大になった医療費削減
がこの運動の目的ですが、「肉・乳製品」を極力少なくして、
「野菜・果物」を中心に食べることを推奨しているのです。
米国食品医薬品局（FDA)では、肉食を減らして野菜・果物の摂取を
ふやすことなどを盛り込んだ １０年単位の健康政策「ヘルシーピープル」
を開始しました。
その結果・・食習慣と病気の関係を理解し、その診療・処方に生かしたの
です。現在、アメリカでは、インテリ層の多くが、化学薬品にたよらず、
食習慣の変更やサプリメントを使用して、症状の改善をするようになり
ました。
野菜沢山食べることで、病気が減り医療費が減ることを、アメリカとい
う国が認めているのです。
米国では、このように国をあげての食事改善が進められてきました。
